Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in a professional services role (e.g., Marketing Analytics, Marketing Consulting or Product Management) in digital/mobile advertising. Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Experience developing business strategies or managing cross‑functional initiatives. Experience in project management across stakeholder networks, including integrations with third parties (e.g., API integrations and solution design). Preferred qualifications: Experience influencing Product leadership through development of strategic programming and event execution that focuses on showcasing strategic priorities and key customer pain points. Experience in the creative development process, creative ecosystems and working with agencies/partners. Experience with Google and YouTube advertising solutions, creative ads products, and generative AI. Ability to operate and drive clarity in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, and navigate large, complicated matrix organizations. Excellent investigative skills, including providing data driven, actionable insights to shape strategy and key decisions.
