Associate, Account Manager – Charlotte, NC About the Role Otis Elevator Company seeks a highly motivated Associate, Account Manager responsible for territory sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction in the Charlotte, NC territory. The role involves prospecting, building and maintaining customer relationships, serving as a technical sales consultant, and managing renewal and repair opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect, build and maintain customer relationships. Achieve or exceed sales objectives and margin growth. Serve as a technical sales consultant to customers in the assigned territory. Retain and renew current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction via the MFA program. Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities. Conduct sales planners and needs assessments to inform account targeting, including expansion within the existing installed base and renewal efforts. Assist with customer concern resolution in collaboration with Operations, including Service Project Manager and Service Supervisor. Partner with the branch business development sales team to identify business development opportunities. Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to improve solution sets and refine messaging. Use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results. Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline and provide accurate forecasting. Qualifications 1–3 years of outside sales experience, or relevant experience in property management or HVAC sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer‑centric mindset with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction. Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities. Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft‑based software. Strong leadership, goal‑oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
