Assistant Store Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Sales

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales and profitability through merchandising, controlling expenses, and managing inventory while delivering outstanding customer service. You will recruit and coach store staff, ensure policy compliance, lead training, and coordinate schedules.
