Your responsibilities may include:Completing patient assessmentsProviding wound careAdministering medicationsProviding IV infusionsDeveloping and implementing care plansMonitoring patient progress and changes in conditionCommunicating with physicians and other members of the care teamTraveling between patient visitsYou’ll have flexibility in coordinating visits based on your availability and patient needs.We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, so NO OASIS!
