This is an exciting opportunity to partner with teams across the organization and help develop, enhance, and support the technology solutions that keep our Credit Union moving forward.What You'll DoAs a System Analyst/Programmer, you will:Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the Credit Union.Design, develop, test, document, and maintain applications and software solutions.Write, review, and modify code while ensuring applications are secure, reliable, and efficient.Analyze workflows and evaluate the impact of system changes, upgrades, and integrations.Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to support applications and technology initiatives.Coordinate and support system configurations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and releases.Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation of system changes.Maintain technical documentation and help ensure the security and integrity of Credit Union systems and data.And much more!What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a candidate with strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will have:A bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field or five years of directly related experience as a System Analyst, Programmer, or similar role.Experience with application development, programming, systems analysis, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.Experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus.Why Join Us?At LOC Credit Union, you'll be part of more than just a team - you'll be part of a workplace where collaboration, innovation, and supporting one another are part of our culture.
