We're looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Lead Technician to help us deliver flawless installs and build our apprentices along the way. What You’ll Do: Lead the installation of HVAC systems and furnaces in residential homes - ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency Train and mentor Install Apprentices to become top-performing HVAC pros Install ductwork, thermostats, and components with professionalism and precision Build trust and rapport with customers - create a 5-star experience that leads to referrals Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure smooth job flow Maintain a clean and organized job site and keep your truck fully stocked Accurately complete all job-related paperwork, reports, and time tracking Participate in team meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and retreats - we grow together Show up, gear up, and lead by example - your on-site presence matters What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications) 3+ years direct install experience of HVAC systems, tools (vacuum pumps, recovery machines, refrigerant gauges, etc), codes, and installation techniques Proven ability to complete full system installs in one day/shift 3+ years experience metal fabrication in the field Strong verbal and written communication skills - you lead with clarity and confidence Comfortable reading blueprints and understanding job specs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in tight, physically demanding spaces and extreme weather conditions 2+ years working with and developing apprentice technicians Why You’ll Love It Here: Earning Potential: Pay range of $35-$50 p/h DOE Weekly Pay - No more waiting for your hard-earned money Paid Time Off - Vacation, sick leave, and 6 paid holidays a year 401(k) with 3.5% Match - Start building your future now Parental Leave - Because family comes first Ongoing Training and Career Development - You'll never stop learning or growing Work/Life Balance - We work hard, and we make time to enjoy life, too This Is More Than a Job - It's a Career Path At Hunt's Services, you're not just installing systems—you’re installing trust, comfort, and confidence in every home you enter.
