LEAD REFRIGERATION/HVAC TECHS & SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description Job Description Join one of Texas' fastest growing commercial HVAC/R service providers as a Lead Refrigeration/HVAC Technician with a sign-on bonus. This role involves leading small teams while delivering high-quality service across large chain restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, airports, and shopping centers. You will work independently and collaboratively to perform maintenance, repairs, new installations, and emergency services, embodying the company's core value of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead a small technician team and coordinate daily activities Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs efficiently Order parts and prepare repair/replacement quotes accurately Install and replace HVAC/R units during new projects Maintain clear communication with customers and office staff Travel regionally and within city limits to job sites daily Maintain professional, clean appearance and company vehicle Participate in regular on-call rotation including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience Technical training in HVAC/R systems Valid Texas driver’s license EPA Universal Certification Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting, parts ordering, and vehicle maintenance Excellent customer service, communication, and smartphone/computer proficiency Ability to supply and use personal tools alongside company-provided tools and equipment
