Supply Chain Coordinator

Location & Schedule Clearfield, UT. 1st shift, 4/10 schedule Monday–Thursday. Position is onsite with no telecommute or hybrid option. Travel required 10% of the time. No relocation assistance available. Clearance Required for start: No. Clearance type: Secret. U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions. Essential Functions Supports and assists activities across multiple disciplines within the Supply Chain process. Loads, unloads, and conveys materials and parts to multiple work sites, performing shipping and receiving tasks under specific direction. Opens containers using hand tools; counts, weighs materials, and records information. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand. Conveys materials using hand truck, forklift, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials; aids by lifting heavy objects by hand. Works closely with the Integration team and shop floor. Delivers kits and chemicals, verifying quantities and part numbers. Wraps and packs kits to send to on‑site and off‑site locations. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in logistics support, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and/or inventory control. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Ability to lift 25 lbs. and walk or stand for extended periods of time. Valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain one. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Level Clearance and, if required, a Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using a forklift/reach lift/pallet jack. Prior experience with SAP/MES. Hazardous materials or chemical handling experience. Experience in aerospace manufacturing. Active DoD Special Program Access. Salary & Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $23.27 – $38.75 per hour. Salary offers may vary based on scope, responsibilities, and candidate’s experience.
