In this hands-on role, you will improve core backend systems, advance agent reliability and autonomy, and build robust evaluation pipelines that enhance user outcomes. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of backend engineering experience, preferably with Python, as well as hands-on LLM experience and strong distributed systems fundamentals.
