Step into a leadership role as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) guiding a newly established pharmacy through its initial stages of licensure, inspection, and accreditation. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape pharmacy operations from the ground up in Elizabethtown, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, providing direction and oversight to the new pharmacy.
• Lead all activities related to pharmacy licensure, inspection, and accreditation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Support the transition from part-time to full-time operations as the pharmacy grows.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Proven expertise in pharmacy start-up operations.
• Familiarity with the licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes essential to launching a pharmacy.

Schedule:

• Part-time with the intention to transition to full-time.
