Job Overview- We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across our auto auction property. This role ensures all buildings, systems, and landscapes are maintained in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive.

· Perform routine carpentry/drywall/painting work in the repair and maintenance of buildings, offices, etc.

· Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment.

· Operate snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.

· Ensure all equipment is working correctly and under standards for all departments

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and comply with applicable safety rules.

· Maintaining stock of parts. Ordering of parts.

· Working with outside vendors in collaboration for larger repairs.

· Parking lot and fence repairs.

· Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., moving items, unloading and storing supplies, etc.

· May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
