Responsibilities Participate alongside individuals as they undertake enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. Support adults with diverse abilities and needs, helping them achieve greater independence. Adjust support from supervision to hand‑over‑hand assistance during work, cooking classes, yoga, or other vocational activities in their communities. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have at least two years of work history. Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements. Compensation & Hours Compensation: $20 per hour. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 3pm. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability coverage. PTO begins accruing on your first day. Up to nine paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. Staff scheduled to work during holidays receive holiday pay according to program guidelines. 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%. Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment. Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment. Wellness programs: nutritional counseling services, reimbursement for weight loss and tobacco cessation.
