ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Representative at Webb Insurance Group, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
- Listening to clients' insurance needs and providing them with customized solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- A personal lines insurance license
