Business Analyst

Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a key escalation point for the F&O Margin team and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Credit, Legal, and Trading teams.
• Participate in and manage project timelines for strategic initiatives, onboarding new products, and supporting industry-related initiatives.
• Monitor collateralization requirements, execute collateral substitutions, investigate margin call discrepancies, and ensure daily client margin calls are processed accurately.
• Respond to client trade and settlement inquiries, identify and escalate risk issues, and support FX transactions, collateral bookings, and releases while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience within the Financial Services or Banking industry, with a strong understanding of financial markets, including ETD/F&O products.
• Minimum of 2 years of team-based experience with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Trading, Product Control, Credit, and Legal teams.
• Experience implementing and maintaining business controls, managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.

• Pay: $40.37 per hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
• Assignment Length: 6 Months
