Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ Years Mobile Detailing Experience - Proven track record in mobile automotive detailing services

Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred - Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred

Exceptional Work Ethic - Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards

Customer Excellence Focus - Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations

Self-Motivated & Results-Driven - Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results

Reliable Transportation - Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites

Valid Driver's License - Required for travel to various job locations

Quality-Obsessed Mindset - Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality
