Teller/Member Service Representative

Job Description

Small credit union seeking a Loan Officer-Entry Leve/Member Service Representative l to become a part of our team! We will train the right person. You will evaluate and process paperwork for approval of collateral and personal loans as well as credit loans. You will also be responsible for securing our lien on the title or UCC1. Job includes part time teller duties.

Responsibilities:

Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
Guide customers through the loan application process
File loan applications and supporting documents
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
Process and secure titles or UCC1 with our lien assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented, organized with ability to multi-task
