What You'll Be Doing

✅ Process and enter contract information with speed and accuracy

✅ Scan, organize, and index documents to keep records clean and accessible

✅ Review cancellation requests and ensure all required documentation is received

✅ Communicate with customers and business partners via phone and email to resolve missing information

✅ Manage inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset

✅ Document interactions and maintain accurate records

✅ Support departmental productivity goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience

✅ Jump in where needed and help support various administrative and operational functions

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, data entry, or call center environments
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Reliable, goal-oriented, and accountable
