We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Greenville, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission:

As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You'll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client's unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You'll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm, onsite.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on licensure - $50,000 - $63,000 annually.
• Generous paid time off and paid holidays.

What We're Looking For:

• Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW, LCMHC, or LCAS | Dual licensure preferred.
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance.
