Gesang Verein Harmonia in Williamsport, PA is looking for one bar manager to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 332 E 7th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
• Ensure all Small Games of Chance reports are filed, Daily, Weekly and Monthly
• Schedule employees 60 days out for events, holidays and regular schedule
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Keep POS system up to date with prices and menus
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Help coordinate events, bar back as needed for events
• Cover any shifts that come up
• Report to the Board of Directors monthly

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position preferred
• RAMP certified or within 30 days.
• Small Games of Chance trained not required but helpful
