Outside Sales Representative - Roofing Indy Roof & Restoration | Indianapolis, IN | Commission-Only | Top performers earn $250K+. Indy Roof & Restoration is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to run in-home roofing sales appointments in the Indianapolis area. We handle production, scheduling, insurance processing, and back-office support--so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals. This role is built for closers, not beginners. Top performers earn $250K+. What You'll Do Run in-home and on-site roofing sales appointments Sell residential and light commercial roofing projects Present proposals and close contracts Work an assigned territory within approximately one hour of your home base Follow up on leads and active opportunities What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales experience preferred Confident closer with strong communication skills Self-motivated, accountable, and driven Valid driver's license Compensation & Perks Compensation: Commission-only with training pay during onboarding Earning Potential: Aggressive commission structure + completion bonuses Top performers earn $250K+ annually #J-18808-Ljbffr Indy Roof & Restoration
