Goodjuju Marketing: CRM Manager

To apply for this full-time web developer role, you build websites for our clients using Elementor on WordPress. The Person and Skills We Need: Someone with strong English writing and speaking skills (accent is not critical). A dedicated individual who wants to grow with Goodjuju and improve their skills, experience, and pay. An individual who wants to communicate well with the team, clients, and potential clients. A motivated person who wants to make more money through base pay and bonuses, and to improve their life while helping the Goodjuju team and our clients. Your Work and Responsibilities: ✅ Creating designs and concepts for new/existing sites ✅ Collaborating with designers, developers, and writers ✅ Using our systems and client-provided content to build the website (training will be provided) ✅ Communicating with clients via email and occasional calls to suggest ideas and ask questions ✅ Working at a reasonable pace so website builds do not get delayed ✅ Communicating status and workload to the COO and CEO ✅ Providing new ideas/innovation to the COO and CEO ✅ Providing project updates to the COO and CEO ✅ Responding promptly to clients and the internal team Full-Time Position and Pay – With Flexible Hours: ✅ 6.5 hours per day on average, Monday–Friday (no strict hour tracking; focus on productivity) ✅ Full commitment – no side hustles or second jobs. ✅ Flexible hours and work-from-anywhere. Pay, Bonuses, and Benefits for you: STARTING base pay around $1,900.00-$2,100.00/month (DOE and Results) , paid twice per month. Multiple opportunities to earn more with good performance. Ability to earn raises at any time by hustling, exceeding expectations, and producing great work. Low pressure work environment: no micromanagement or finger-pointing.
