Quick Facts Location: 6800 Scenic Drive, Rowlett, TX 75088 Start Date: 07/23/2026 End Date: Open-ended or as specified Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Per Diem / Locum License/Certs: Texas Medical License, DEA, Board Certification/Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: 2+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $214.50/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Perform OB triage, admissions, and attend deliveries Manage inpatient care and monitor fetal health Provide emergency response for labor and delivery situations Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU staff in a Level III unit Handle GYN emergencies and assist with cesarean sections Cover the OB floor and manage private call coverage Participate in high-risk pregnancy cases alongside maternal-fetal medicine specialists Ensure patient safety and maintain high clinical standards What You Need Required: Active Texas Medical License Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Preferred: Experience working in hospitalist or OB/GYN settings Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Rowlett, TX, committed to outstanding women’s health care.
