Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to patients with common diagnoses such as CHF, COVID, and GI disorders, among others.
• Interpret and monitor telemetry strips, providing accurate documentation and assessments.
• Implement care plans for patients undergoing total joint replacements and post-catheterization.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate patient care strategies.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety policies, ensuring excellent patient care.
• Support floating assignments to East Campus or PCU if qualified and as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficiency in reading basic telemetry strips and interpreting cardiovascular data.
• Experience with Cerner charting system recommended; must adapt quickly to electronic documentation.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
• Prior experience in an acute care setting preferred; strong communication skills essential.
