Role: Java Developer
Location: Plano, TX
Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, or GC EAD preferred
Locals highly preferred
No C2C, 1099, or third-party profiles accepted.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications using Java, React, and AWS .
Develop backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs using Java and modern frameworks.
Build and enhance user interfaces using React .
Design and integrate SQL and NoSQL data solutions.
Develop secure, resilient, and maintainable applications for enterprise environments.
Deploy and support applications using AWS cloud services .
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with product, platform, architecture, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional software development experience .
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java-based frameworks, preferably Spring/Spring Boot .
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices .
Working experience with React / React.js .
Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases .
Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
