Senior Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how AiPrise's products are positioned, launched, and proven.

The product moves fast. New AI agents ship on a regular cadence, the platform keeps deepening, and every launch needs a clear story, a page, a one-pager, and a sales team that can tell it. Today that work runs through the Head of Marketing. It needs an owner. You'll be the bridge between marketing and product. You'll know what's shipping and when, and turn the roadmap into a narrative the market understands.

Our buyers are compliance leaders. They've been doing this work for 15+ years, they know the vocabulary, and they buy on proof, not adjectives. Positioning that wins with them is specific, defensible, and grounded in how compliance work actually gets done. That's why the second half of this role is building the machine that produces proof: case studies, testimonials, and stats that hold up.

You'll work directly with our founders, product team, sales team, customer success, and customers. You report to the Head of Marketing.

What you'll own:

• Product launches, end to end. The launch calendar with product, the positioning and messaging for every release, and everything that ships around it: launch page, one-pager, demo storyline, video brief, sales enablement, and the moment it goes public.
• Positioning and messaging for the platform and each product, from the core narrative down to the words on the page. One source of truth the whole company works from.
• The bridge to product. A seat in roadmap and release conversations, a clear read on what's coming, and a steady flow of market, customer, and competitive insight going the other way.
• The customer proof engine. You'll build and run the process for turning customer outcomes into published proof: identifying reference customers with sales and customer success, securing permissions, running the interviews, drafting the case studies, and maintaining the library of approved quotes and stats that every team pulls from. Every number sourced and cleared before anyone uses it.
• Asset production with content, design, and video. You'll brief and partner on launch pages, one-pagers, decks, comparison pages, and product video. You don't need to make them yourself. You need to know exactly what they should say and get them shipped.
• Competitive intelligence. Where we win, how we compare, and what we say when a prospect names another vendor. Comparison pages and battlecards that sales actually uses.
• Sales enablement. Decks, one-pagers, objection handling, and the proof behind them, kept current as the product changes.
• Buyer and market research. Win/loss, customer conversations, and regulatory shifts, fed back into positioning and product decisions.

Who you are:

• 5+ years in product marketing for B2B software, ideally sold to technical or regulated buyers.
• You've owned launches from positioning through enablement and can show what happened after.
• You've worked closely with product teams. You can read a spec, sit in a roadmap review, and come out with the story.
• A sharp writer. You can take a complex product and a skeptical buyer and find the one sentence that matters.
• You've built repeatable processes, not just one-off assets. A customer reference program, a launch playbook, an approved-claims library, something that ran after you stopped pushing it.
• Comfortable on a call with a customer's Head of Compliance, asking for a quote or a number and getting it.
• You treat accuracy as non-negotiable. Every stat you publish is sourced and defensible. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
• You work well with sales and want to. Enablement that gets used beats enablement that looks good.
• High ownership, high autonomy, fast pace, and real care about the quality of what ships.

Nice to have:

• Experience in compliance, KYB/KYC, AML, fraud, payments, or identity.
• Experience marketing AI products to buyers who are skeptical of AI.
• Experience building competitive and comparison programs.
