What You’ll Do

Hand polish, buff, and finish piano cases to achieve quality surfaces.
Work with specialized tools and materials to restore the beauty of high-end instruments.
Collaborate closely with other artisans and technicians throughout the restoration process.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold the highest standards of finish quality.
Learn and apply advanced finishing and restoration techniques through hands-on training.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
Patience and focus — these tasks are repetitive and require a steady, practiced hand.
Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with your hands for extended periods.
An artistic eye for color, surface quality, and subtle variations in texture and sheen.
Eagerness to learn a unique, old-world craft and grow within a skilled trade.
Background or experience in art, design, woodworking, ceramics, auto body, or similar crafts is a plus — but not required. We provide complete training.
