Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full arch dental implant center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Beachwood, OH . We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, offering life‑changing procedures. Position Details

• Hourly rate starts at: $200+/hour, negotiable based on market
• Daily guarantee, whether you work or not
• Report at 6:30; first surgery starting at 7am
• 1099 contractor

Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implants in an office‑based setting
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop, and implement anesthesia plans
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
• Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events
• Stay up to date with evidence‑based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment

Required Experience

• Two years experience practicing as a CRNA
• One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
• Recent experience providing general anesthesia
• Proficient in nasal intubations
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center

Preferred Experience

• Experience with dental anesthesia
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an office‑based setting
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current state licensure as an APRN
• Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
