Working in conjunction with all applicable staff members, strives to provide efficient and high-quality patient care services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Maintains good standing with the Medical Staff Quality Committee.
- Works to ensure completeness and accuracy of patients medical records.
- Works to ensure that practice is in compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations (i.e., EMTALA).
- Works to ensure compliance with all Core Measures.
- Actively participates in Quality indicators.
- Accurately documents coding/charges to reflect the appropriate level of care provided to patients.
- Actively works toward improving patient satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Licenses & Certifications
- Required : Basic Life Support
- Preferred : Board Cert Emergency Med
