Responsibilities:

The schedule is Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM  totaling 10 hours per week with weekend opportunity available .

  • Provide personal care services to patients in their homes with professionalism and compassion.
  • Assist with activities of daily living.
  • Reminding medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, following proper protocols.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and other health indicators.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe home environment.
  • Assist with transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or errands.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date documentation of care and services provided.
  • Uphold HIPAA standards by safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • Ability to plan and prepare healthy meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and basic healthcare protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality care.
