Job Description

The Office Helper plays a vital role in supporting the Administrative Team by performing essential office tasks and assisting with customer interactions. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position operates within standard business hours and requires no travel, providing foundational support to maintain smooth office operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide friendly support
  • Support the Administrative Team with day-to-day office tasks
  • Help organize office supplies and maintain a tidy work environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in office support roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
