About the Role:
Soccer Stars is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in North Palm Beach, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young athletes, build foundational soccer skills, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of players. If you love the game and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer practices and drills for youth players
- Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
- Provide positive, constructive feedback to help players develop confidence and ability
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and schedules
- Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment for all participants
Requirements:
- Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and player development fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
- Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaching demeanor
- Reliable transportation to North Palm Beach, FL area locations
- Background check required
