Job Description
Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Schedule

4x9-hour shifts (06:30 - 15:30), totaling 36 hours per week. Includes 2-3 weekends and call requirements of 1 weekday and 1 weekend per 6-week schedule.

Assignment Details

Contract length varies; maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract. No floating or black-out dates outside of Spring Break (April 4th-12th).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience; new graduates are accepted.
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Experience in ERCP, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), and ION Procedure.
• Must be able to perform pre/post procedures, circulation, and technical duties.
• Familiarity with Pyxis and Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital sign checks and blood glucose checks.
• Assist in various procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Monitor and document patient information and outcomes throughout procedures.

Compliance / Notes
