• Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing daily operations and client communications.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain and update customer records, booking information, and sales files in internal systems.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and existing clients in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with coordinating site visits, meetings, and group bookings as needed.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and event-related documents.
• Track sales activity, follow up on leads, and help ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to help deliver a smooth client experience and resolve issues efficiently.

• Previous administrative experience in hospitality, sales, or a related environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
• Experience using CRM, reservation, or property management systems is an advantage.
• Professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
