We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our sales team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and coordinating the behind-the-scenes details that help create a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing daily operations and client communications.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update customer records, booking information, and sales files in internal systems.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and existing clients in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with coordinating site visits, meetings, and group bookings as needed.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and event-related documents.
- Track sales activity, follow up on leads, and help ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to help deliver a smooth client experience and resolve issues efficiently.
- Previous administrative experience in hospitality, sales, or a related environment is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
- Experience using CRM, reservation, or property management systems is an advantage.
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team.
- Comfort interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Understanding of hotel operations, group sales, or event coordination.
- A supportive and team-oriented workplace.
