(RUI) is seeking a welcoming and service-focused Concierge to join our team! As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and professional environment. Your presence helps set the tone for the entire community experience. What You’ll Do Welcome and engage residents, guests, and team members in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth. Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments and associates. Share information and promote community programs, events, and activities. Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond appropriately. Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and data entry. Help maintain a smooth, organized front desk operation that reflects RUI’s hospitality standards. What You’ll Bring A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
