Litigation Associate | Hybrid | Western Suburbs of Chicago

A growing law firm in the western suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5–7+ years of experience to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is motivated, intellectually curious, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

The associate will work closely with experienced attorneys on a sophisticated and diverse caseload, including:

• Commercial litigation
• Real estate disputes and contracts
• Employment law
• Representation of commercial landlords

Key Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to draft persuasive, concise, and effective legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 DOE
• Performance-based bonus
• Billable expectation: minimum 120 hours per month
• Firm-paid health insurance: 100% HMO coverage for employee and dependents or 75% High Deductible PPO coverage , plus $100/month HSA contribution
