Workday Product Owner

Workday Product Manager (Grants) - Fully Remote - $180,000 I’m currently partnering with a leading, mission-driven organization in the healthcare space that is looking to hire a Workday Product Manager who will take ownership of Workday Grants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team supporting a complex Workday Financials environment following a recent go-live. The role will play a key part in both ongoing stabilization and shaping the long-term product strategy. Responsibilities will include: Owning the Workday Grants module end-to-end Acting as a strategic partner to business stakeholders Leading enhancements, releases, and continuous improvements Driving automation, data quality, and system optimization Providing advanced support and ensuring compliance/governance Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing A minimum of 3 years of Workday Grants configuration experience Good understanding of grants and endowment processes A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset This is a unique opportunity to shape long-term strategy following a major implementation, within an organization that offers a clear and well-defined path for career progression.
