Responsibilities Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with informed advice on property values and opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions. Create compelling marketing materials and listing agreements to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times. Collaborate with team members to manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. Stay updated on real estate industry regulations and market conditions to provide accurate and current information to clients and colleagues alike. Qualifications Must have NC Real Estate License (SC Real Estate License a HUGE plus!) Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Ability to guide clients through the home buying and selling process with empathy and professionalism. Proven track record of researching and analyzing market trends to provide clients with informed advice. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences. Experience in creating compelling marketing materials and listing agreements to showcase properties effectively. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients. Ability to collaborate with team members to manage a high volume of leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion opportunities are maximized.
