Senior OT Asset Governance & Service Management Analyst C1Advantage is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Analyst focused on Operational Technology (OT) Asset Governance and Service Management. This role will play a key part in advancing the visibility, lifecycle management, and governance of plant-level technology assets within the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This individual will work across IT and Manufacturing Technology teams to bring operational infrastructure into alignment with enterprise service management practices, ensuring accurate asset tracking, improved change control, and standardized incident management for OT environments. Key Responsibilities Support the governance and lifecycle oversight of OT hardware and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites Maintain and enhance OT asset records within the ServiceNow CMDB environment Help define configuration standards and CI classification models for plant-level systems Partner with ITSM teams to integrate operational technologies into enterprise Incident and Change Management workflows Assist with the development of scalable governance processes for OT environments aligned to ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Improve data accuracy, reconciliation, and visibility across manufacturing technology assets Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and plant operations teams to ensure consistent asset onboarding and lifecycle tracking Contribute to the continuous improvement of OT service management processes within ServiceNow Required Experience Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and/or Hardware Asset Management Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) or Manufacturing IT environments Understanding of enterprise ITSM practices such as Incident or Change Management Experience managing physical infrastructure assets (e.g., servers, network devices, storage, etc.) Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and operational stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Exposure to OT environments such as plant networks, industrial infrastructure, or SCADA-adjacent systems Knowledge of CI modeling and asset lifecycle management within ServiceNow Familiarity with governance frameworks or configuration management best practices ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus This is an excellent opportunity to help bridge IT and Operational Technology environments within a large-scale manufacturing enterprise, supporting the governance and service delivery of mission-critical plant systems through a modern enterprise platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr c1advantage
