Youth Mental Health Case Manager

UnityPoint Health’s Robert Young Center in Moline, IL is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide state-funded case management for youth with severe emotional disturbances using Trauma Informed Care. You will assess, plan, coordinate care, and deliver crisis intervention to support families and community-based services.
