• Oversee ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies.
• Utilize property management tools such as Frontsteps to track resident information, rent payments, and maintenance requests efficiently.
• Handle conflict management by mediating resident concerns professionally and resolving disputes promptly.
• Coordinate property maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and facilities management to uphold community standards.
• Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and records related to property management activities, contracts, and legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with residents via phone etiquette and client communication strategies to foster positive relationships.
• Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting related to property operations.
• Collaborate with team members to upsell available units or services that enhance resident satisfaction and community value.

Skills

• Proficiency in property management software such as Frontsteps, Caliber or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal administrative procedures.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate solutions amicably.
• Background in administrative tasks including leasing, contracts, data entry, filing, and office experience.
• Familiarity with property maintenance coordination and facilities management practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
