Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities/n /n As our Radiologic Technologist at CHI Williston Health, you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions. /n Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction. /n To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses. /n /n - Capable of obtaining quality radiographs of all body parts using proper exposure, markers, and shielding. Knows how to use portable x-ray machines and c-arms /n - Assists Radiologist with Fluoroscopic procedures /n - Instructs and educates patient regarding the ordered test and prepares the patient for the procedure /n - Able to use CR reader, erase CR cassettes, send images from CR reader, and perform image manipulation as necessary /n - Able to access PACS, review studies, and perform basic functions for image manipulations. Resolve QA issues, close studies as reviewed, burn CD’s, transfer images, and print from PACS /n - Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms /n /n We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements/n Required /n /n - Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Radiologic Technology /n - Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire and /n - Medical Radiographer: ND, upon hire and /n - Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire /n /n Preferred /n /n - Radiologic Technologist experience in a Critical Access Hospital /n Where You'll Work/n /n /n CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management.
