We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Construction Project Manager to join our client's fast-growing project execution department. This role provides comprehensive project management and operational oversight across specialized agricultural, bulk processing, and industrial construction projects.

You will work closely with clients, trade partners, engineers, and on-site superintendents to drive project deliveryowning budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control from kickoff through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Schedule Management

• Direct full-lifecycle project execution for assigned builds, managing safety standards, resource allocation, field performance, scheduling, equipment logistics, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and manage master project schedules; clearly communicate critical path milestones to trade subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams.
• Lead structured pre-construction kickoff meetings and weekly stakeholder update calls to ensure project alignment.
• Visit active job sites to partner directly with Site Superintendents, monitor construction progress, and resolve on-site delays stemming from weather or logistical bottlenecks.
• Maintain strict oversight of project budgets, monitor daily performance KPIs, and report status updates to executive leadership.
• Support the procurement lifecycle by issuing RFQ pricing requests to vendors and trade partners; review post-bid submittals for scope completeness and accuracy.
• Promptly negotiate, draft, and process subcontractor purchase orders, subcontractor change orders, and owner change orders.
• Review architectural drawings, structural prints, and equipment layout specifications to ensure field alignment with design intent.
• Serve as a daily operational bridge across Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, and Field Construction teams.
• Build and maintain proactive, transparent relationships with clients, trade contractors, and suppliers to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of dedicated construction project management experience (experience managing multiple concurrent projects preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, buyout budgets, and cost tracking.
• Strong background in building and maintaining positive vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar platform).
