Job Description:Radiation Oncology PhysicianWhen you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.”About this role:As a Radiation Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.You will practice at Montrose Regional Hospital – San Juan Cancer CenterYour hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, 4 days onsite in clinic and 1 administrative day.Call is 1:4 weeksGreat team dynamic! Stable, well-staffed clinic with 1:1 RN support, 3 radiation therapists, full-time physics and dosimetry onsite.Montrose uses Varian hardware and software. TrueBeam LINAC, Eclipse treatment planning system and Mosaiq EMR/R&V system.Established relationships with our community partners: medical oncologists, general surgeons, pulmonology, and urology. Regular community tumor boards with robust multidisciplinary participation.Excellent opportunity for mentorship: 3 radiation oncology colleagues at sister hospital, St. Mary’s in Grand Junction with shared chart rounds.Potential leadership roles: option for medical directorship and other hospital leadership.What we provide:Competitive Compensation: $595,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.Incentives: $30,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) and student loan assistance of $75,000.00 (if applicable).Comprehensive benefits through Intermountain Health: paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance to support your continuous growth and development.
