Collections & Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections & Billing Specialist to manage billing, collections, and client account support. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

-Previous billing, collections, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

-Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Key
Responsibilities

-Prepare, review, and process high-volume draft and final invoices.

-Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and fee agreements.

-Submit and track invoices through electronic billing platforms.

-Set up and maintain matters within the billing system.

-Manage billing and collections for assigned accounts, including follow-up on past-due balances.

-Research and resolve billing issues with clients and attorneys.

-Assist with reporting, audits, special projects, and administrative tasks.
