Financial Services Representative

We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. Compensation Hourly Pay: $15–$16. Key Responsibilities Assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently and maximize growth. Utilize sound lending skills, maximize potential profits, and follow policies for effective collection of accounts. Provide excellent customer service which is an essential part of marketing the branch and company culture. Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Close approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager. Qualifications Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle. Strong organizational skills and self-confidence. A history of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others. Willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Absolute team player – ready to pitch in and accept help. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force (e.g., opening file drawers). Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. May include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Occasional local travel. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace.
