Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Tonic POS * Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, with precision * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on menu offerings and specials * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations * Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed * Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently * Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction * Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff * Assist with opening and closing side work Skills * Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred * Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques * Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction * Prior experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different hospitality environments * Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities * Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing * Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management platforms is advantageous * Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, bartending, bussing, and host/hostess duties Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
