Calling Orlando's craft-cocktail bartenders.
Pomelo is hiring experienced Bartenders for our opening team.
Led by Chef Hung Huynh, Pomelo is a new 120-seat, cocktail-focused restaurant featuring chef-driven, refined-casual food inspired by Vietnamese, Thai, and Southeast Asian cuisines.
We're looking for bartenders who care about the details: precise builds, clean stations, genuine hospitality, strong product knowledge, and consistency whether it's the first drink of the night or the hundredth.
Compensation: Hourly + eligible tips; final rate to be confirmed
Tentative Start: End of November 2026
Prepare cocktails according to established recipes and specifications
Independently maintain a clean and organized bar station
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and efficient hospitality
Communicate closely with the bar, culinary, and service teams
Maintain accuracy and composure during high-volume service
Learn Pomelo's spirits, cocktails, sake, wine, and food menus
Assist the team wherever support is reasonably needed
Craft-cocktail experience required
Strong bartending fundamentals
Excellent hospitality and communication skills
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Dependability and strong station ownership
Positive, team-first attitude
Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn
Sake and wine knowledge is a plus
