About the Opportunity

We are conducting a proactive outreach to build a strong network of experienced contract attorneys for current and upcoming project-based engagements . This is not tied to a single immediate opening—rather, we are seeking high-quality legal professionals across a broad set of practice areas to supp ort flexible, on-demand legal work.

Opportunities may include short-term projects, part-time roles, and fractional-hour engagements, offering flexibility and variety depending on client needs.

Key Requirements

Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S state

• Minimum of 2+ years of law firm experience (required)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independentl y in a contract, project-based, or fractional capacity
• Excellent communication and responsiveness in a remote or hybrid setting
