- Participate in community stakeholder meetings, networking opportunities, and partner engagement to support relationship building and identify emerging community needs and opportunities when appropriate.
- Support research, data analysis, and data review to help identify trends, needs, service gaps, and opportunities for funding and program development.
- Maintain professional relationships and regular communication with grant officers, foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other funding partners.
- Monitor compliance requirements for federal, state, local, corporate, and foundation grants and assist with audits, monitoring visits, desk reviews, and other funder compliance activities.
- Coordinate grant close-out activities, including final reports, financial reconciliation, required documentation, remaining deliverables, and funder acknowledgements.
