What You’ll Do:

Provide precision haircuts, fades, and beard trims
Deliver the Sport Clips MVP experience (haircut, hot steamed towel, massage shampoo)
Build strong relationships with clients
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the salon

Qualifications:

Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Minnesota)
Passion for men’s haircuts and grooming
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
